Process engineering

Producing a single high-quality product is easy enough. However, if you're looking to produce thousands or even millions of products, maintaining a consistent level of quality is far more complex.  That is where we come in. Our goal at every stage is to exceed your expectations. To do that, we use a four-step approach. You can read more about these steps below.

Step 1: Test injections

We will send you samples of your product. Together, we will assess the shape, dimensions, specifications and appearance of your product. This ensures the end result meets your expectations. If there is any room for improvement, we will perfect our process.  When you are satisfied, we will move on to step 2: process validation.

Step 2: Process validation

After the test injections, we will carefully evaluate the production process and determine the process window. This ensures that all machines and setups will perform optimally. We use the Lean Six Sigma principle for this. It is a widely used and proven methodology for the sustainable and demonstrable improvement of processes and organisations. Once everything checks out, we will proceed to the next quality check in step 3.

Step 3: Release using PPAP / CP-CPK

Before moving on to mass production, we will perform a detailed evaluation. In many cases, we use a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) procedure for this. This gives you the assurance that the product and the production process meet all relevant specifications and quality standards. At this point, we are ready to begin mass production.

Step 4: Mass production

After thorough preparation, your product is now ready for mass production. We provide the necessary human expertise, machining power and robotic precision. It won’t be long before you can hold the end product in your hands. It is guaranteed to exceed your expectations.
