Mould transfer

Are you looking to relocate your mould while safeguarding a smooth production process in accordance with your planning and quality demands?  We can arrange this for you, all while maintaining the continuity of your supply chain. View our step-by-step plan below.

Step 1: Clear agreements and planning

We will draw up clear agreements together, so you will know exactly how the transfer is proceeding. Next, we will get to work for you and draw up the planning together. You will know exactly what will happen when. The injection moulds will then be transferred to Rompa Group, where we will conduct several test injections.

Step 2: Physical transfer and test injection

We will draw up reports on the test injections to evaluate whether the tools work properly. If there is an issue, we will quickly and efficiently resolve it with the help of our in-house tool shop.  If necessary, we can advise you on process optimisation. Once everything checks out, we will proceed to the next step: the process approval.

Step 3: Process approval

After the test injection, we will send you samples and our detailed measurement reports. These contain the results of our visual inspections and careful measurements. If further modifications are required after evaluation, our experienced team will optimise the process that we developed together.  When you are satisfied, we will move on to the final step: mass production.

Step 4: Start of mass production

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. With the help of our state-of-the-art injection-moulding techniques, process design and process automation, we can manufacture your products in accordance with the agreed specifications and quality standards. We look forward to a long-term partnership and to delivering top-quality injection-moulded products.
