Rompa CZ focuses on developing a more flexible working culture
Rompa Czech Republic is taking part in an EU co-funded project focused on the continued development of flexible working practices within the organization.
The project will look at areas where existing internal processes and systems could be improved, with the aim of developing and pilot-testing approaches that support a stronger and more flexible working culture at Rompa CZ.
For Rompa, continuing to develop the way our teams work is an important part of building a company that adapts to changing requirements while supporting the people behind our manufacturing operations.
