Our new automation assembly line in CZ

This is our new automation assembly line, directly connected with a moulding machine. Assembly consists of two parts; - the first one is pre-moulded in advance - the second is used directly after moulding, coupled together and automatically packed into the box and then shipped to the customer. Both moulds mentioned have an 8-cavity tool. The automation line merges parts together on a round table (carousel) with a press fit and 100% check of proper connection (process control) All together 3KUKA robots. Annual qty for 6+mio pcs projected. This machine is located at our plant in Vyskov (CZ).
